Mission Control is a private internal analytics tool operated by Comora and used only by its owner.
This application allows the owner to connect a TikTok account and view read-only post-level performance data inside a private dashboard.
Information we collect
We may collect and store limited TikTok account and content data that is necessary to operate the dashboard, including:
- account identifier
- connected account status
- access and refresh token metadata
- token expiry information
- TikTok video identifiers
- publish dates
- public post-level metrics such as views, likes, comments, and shares
How we use this information
We use this information only to:
- connect the TikTok account to Mission Control
- display post-level performance metrics
- compare post performance over time
- support internal analytics and content decision-making
Read-only access
Mission Control is designed for read-only use. It does not publish, modify, or delete TikTok content.
Data sharing
We do not sell TikTok data. We do not share TikTok data with third parties except where necessary to run the service, such as hosting, infrastructure, or database providers.
Data retention
We retain connected account data and synced metrics only for as long as needed to operate the dashboard and analyze historical post performance.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect stored account linkage data, tokens, and synced metrics from unauthorized access.
Disconnect and deletion
If the connected TikTok account is disconnected, associated connection data and locally stored synced data may be deleted. For privacy or deletion requests, contact: support@comora.co
